Evo isotonic drink, which as the official supplier of the Royal Spanish Football Federation accompanied the Spanish Na+tional Team in their victory at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, is the perfect ally against dehydration after any sporting activity, as well as in cases of gastrointestinal problems such as diarrhea or vomiting.
Its mission is to help replace the fluids and mineral salts lost during these processes, thereby delaying the onset of fatigue during exercise and enabling a quick recovery once it is finished, or in cases of dehydration caused by digestive disorders.
Belonging to the family of functional beverages and using Sierra Cazorla natural mineral water as its base, Evo has been designed with the usual properties of isotonic drinks, but with a significant reduction in calories compared to conventional ones. With only 13 kcal per 100 ml, its calorie content is 50% lower than that of other similar products on the market.

But what is an isotonic drink? These beverages are defined as those containing sugars and mineral salts with an osmotic pressure similar to that of blood, which allows for the rapid absorption of their components. They help replace those lost through sweating, which occurs as body temperature rises during physical exercise.
In the case of Evo, unlike other isotonic products on the market that use purified, osmotized or distilled waters, it is important to highlight the use of natural mineral water from the Sierra Cazorla spring. Sierra Cazorla water is characterized by its balanced mineral composition, with a low sodium content and rich in calcium, bicarbonates and magnesium. Evo combines the natural properties of its water base with those of minerals (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chlorides, bicarbonates and phosphorus) and simple carbohydrates (sugars), with a concentration of 3%.
